Our Beliefs
We hold the faith that is common to all believers in Christ (Titus 1:4; Jude 3):
01
The Bible is the Word of God, written under His inspiration word by word (2 Tim. 3:16), and is the complete and only divine revelation of God to man (Deut. 4:2; 12:32; Prov. 30:5-6; Rev. 22:18-19).
02
There is one God (Deut. 6:4; 1 Cor. 8:4b; Isa. 45:5a), who is triune—the Father, the Son, and the Spirit (Matt. 28:19).
03
Jesus Christ, the only begotten Son of God (John 1:18; 3:16), even God Himself (1:1), became a genuine man through incarnation (v. 14).
04
Christ died on the cross for our sins and was raised bodily from among the dead on the third day (1 Cor. 15:3-4; Acts 4:10; Rom. 8:34).
05
Christ ascended to the right hand of God to be Lord of all. (Acts 1:9; 2:33,36)
06
When any sinner repents to God (Acts 2:38; 26:20) and believes in the Lord Jesus Christ (John 3:16; Acts 16:31), his sins are forgiven (10:43), he is redeemed (Rom. 3:24), he is justified (Acts 13:39), and he is regenerated to receive eternal life (John 3:6; 1 Pet. 1:3; 1 John 5:12-13). This is our salvation by God through faith (Eph. 2:4-9).
07
The church, composed of all the genuine believers in Christ, as the Body of Christ (1:22-23; Col. 1:24), is universally one (Eph. 4:4).
08
Christ is coming again to receive His believers to Himself (1 Thes. 2:19).
